Full Refund Period

Cancellation requests made within 7 calendar days after purchasing the eSIM are entitled to a full refund, provided the eSIM has not been installed/activated.

For requests made after 7 days, the refunded amount will be the full amount minus 20% for taxes and administrative fees, provided the eSIM has not been installed/activated.
